New office building on two levels, constructed with the most advanced prefabrication technologies and systems solutions. The use of characterizing materials, such as glass and steel, allowed to achieve an excellent result from the architectural point of view. The design solutions, based on environmental sustainability, included the creation of a high-performance housing and the use of heat pumps and LED lighting. The internal layout, while having to match with different needs, was developed creating areas suitable for employees interaction and prioritizing open and flexible spaces to enhance collaboration and information sharing.
