Architectural, structural, layout and energy redevelopment of a residential building dating back to the 1960s. With this intervention the original form was enlarged through a new structure entirely made of reinforced concrete. The need to improve energy efficiency was met with the most modern technological systems and with insulation solutions. Structural adjustment has affected all structures, including the consolidation of foundations.
