Architectural, structural, layout and energy upgrade of a building dating back to the 1960s with the realization of 12 different sizes apartments. The need to improve energy performances has been met with the most modern insulation and plants technical solutions, which allowed achieving excellent energy performance levels. The structural upgrade action also included the consolidation of foundations. The use of large sliding windows and highest-level finishes gave to the building architecture a modern and sophisticated style.
